Some encouraging comments and some more lovely hands :-)

These hands belong to Nadine who is 14 years old and is Aunty to Emmie and Liam. Apart from saying....'Liam, please stop drawing on my hands, draw on your ones!' (LOL)She says, 'It is stupid why everything has been fine for all these years now they wanna poke their noses in. They should sort out the schools!'

Emmie is 7 years old and says.... 'I think that the government should leave us alone to home educate however we like. We are very happy and don't want anything to change!'

Little Liam is 2 years old and says 'More choc choc stars-pleeeease Mummy?'

These hands belong to Jay, 29 year old home edding Mum.My wish is that if enough of us shout loud enough, hopefully someone will hear!! I want my children to be happy and healthy and to be in an environment where they are safe and loved. No-one loves my children as much as I do-what makes the government think that THEY have my kids best interests at heart and I don't? I would die for my children, would they??? LEAVE US ALONE-PLEASE

I love your Left and Right :-)

Jamie William "I want to learn what I want , when I want!"

Connor "I wish to stay home educated."

Caroline, Mum to two HE sons says "I wish for the best possible start in life for my children and for them to achieve their full potential . I feel that's through home education."

And then two lovely emails that came to me:>>>

Hello
Just wanted to let you know that I think the "Hands Up 4 Home Ed" idea is a really good one. I think that it is allowing the children themselves to express their views and desires in a very eye-catching and colourful way. If there are plans to visit Downing Street (as a National undertaking) with these hands we would be happy to join in with that. I think the bigger the event and the more people joining in the better. We haven't designed our own hands yet, but will work on that sometime soon.
I'll keep my eye on the Freedom For Children To Grow site in case any information about this comes up.
Regards,
Tina Robbins

What a wonderful idea with those hands and the lovely messages on them about how good home education is.It is really uplifting to read all the hands messages.
let our children be free from those who wish to keep interfering in our home education and just let us get on with the job.
Best Wishes
Peter Carol Peter
